The Kanohi Ururau is the Mask of Incomprehension.
The Kanohi Ururau allows the user to scramble a target's ability to speak, write, and read any and all languages. This mask does not affect hand signals, and a Kanohi Rau user can translate either what the victim is attempting to communicate or translate what they are attempting to understand into a comprehensible form.
A Toa would consider this mask Immoral.
An Ururau can be made from Reconstitute at Random, Shrink, and Telepathy Kanoka.
