The Kanohi Rupanu is the Mask of Shattering.
The Kanohi Rupanu allows the user to create explosions which shatter their target into tiny fragments. The Great version allows the user to shoot explosive blasts towards a target. The Noble version only allows the user to make an object explode upon making physical contact with it. Using this Kanohi is considered immoral and breaks the Toa Code.
A Rupanu Nuva is created when a destined Rupanu is dipped in Energized Protodermis. In addition to its standard abilities, its range is increased, its power causes even more damage, and its power can be shared with individuals near the user; however, it can only be used by Nuva beings.
In the Doronai Nui
Great
As a 2AP action, you may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to perform a Kanohi Attack (DC + WIS, X, where X is equal to the Kanohi Charges spent) against one being or object within 30ft. If you hit, the target suffers Yd6 Explosive damage (where Y is equal to twice the number of Kanohi Charges spent). If an object is reduced to 0 IHP in this way, it explodes. All beings and objects within 10ft must make a REFL save (DC +WIS, 4), or suffer Zd8 Explosive damage (where Z is equal to three times the number of Kanohi Charges spent).
Noble
As a 2AP action, you may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to perform a Kanohi Attack (DC + WIS, X, where X is equal to the Kanohi Charges spent) against one being or object within Reach. If you hit, the target suffers Xd4 Explosive damage (where X is equal to the number of Kanohi Charges spent). If an object is reduced to 0 IHP in this way, it explodes. All beings and objects within 10ft must make a REFL save (DC +WIS, 2), or suffer Yd8 Explosive damage (where Y is equal to twice the number of Kanohi Charges spent).
Great Nuva
As a 2AP action, you may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to perform a Kanohi Attack (DC + WIS, X, where X is equal to the Kanohi Charges spent) against one being or object within 45ft. If you hit, the target suffers Yd6 Explosive damage (where Y is equal to three times the number of Kanohi Charges spent). If an object is reduced to 0 IHP in this way, it explodes. All beings and objects within 10ft must make a REFL save (DC +WIS, 6), or suffer Zd8 Explosive damage (where Z is equal to five times the number of Kanohi Charges spent).
Noble Nuva
As a 2AP action, you may spend 1 or more Kanohi Charges to perform a Kanohi Attack (DC + WIS, X, where X is equal to the Kanohi Charges spent) against one being or object within 15ft. If you hit, the target suffers Yd4 Explosive damage (where Y is equal to twice the number of Kanohi Charges spent). If an object is reduced to 0 IHP in this way, it explodes. All beings and objects within 10ft must make a REFL save (DC +WIS, 4), or suffer Zd6 Explosive damage (where Z is equal to three times the number of Kanohi Charges spent).
