The Kanohi Gakaui is the Mask of Water.
The Kanohi Gakaui grants the user access to abilities that grant them control over the power of elemental Water. The mask generates a secondary energy pool that the user can draw from, though this power is non-regenerating and can only be used for Water-based attacks. There are limits to the abilities of said attacks, and as such Gakaui-bearers do not have access to the full range of powers available to beings naturally attuned to the element of Water.
A Gakaui can be made from a Toa Disk of Water.
