Vorlis

As the island closest to Metru Nui, Vorlis has always played a key role in trade and communication with the city. On the surface, the island contains a bustling port and embassy, also harboring many capable craftsmen of all species. However, what lies beneath Vorlis is even more crucial: it serves as not only a primary access point to the underground chutes connecting the universe, but also sits atop the power distribution lines that conduct the excess energy of Metru Nui’s power plant to the northern islands. The allegiance of Vorlis was heavily contested during the times of the League of Six Kingdoms, with Pridak, Ehlek, and Metru Nui all claiming authority over it. Eventually, it was declared neutral ground, and developed into a neutral trading hub between any and all powers.
