History
In the distant past, legendary teams of Toa patrolled the plains mounted on the native Avohi Raptors to protect the region from frequent raids by the Bomohku clans of Asonara.
Since the time of the Barraki, control over the region was heavily contested, as Ruangu claimed the whole Southern Continent for itself while Menota tried to expand. The result was the division of Avohi into northern and southern parts, with certain groups in both still trying to reunite under their respective rule – despite the League of Six Kingdoms being in the distant past. Thus, conflicts frequently flare up between both regions.
Landscape
Avohi, or the “Land of Light,” consists of near-endless stretches of low-lying grassland and is home to several Matoran villages and cities.
