			Karzahni itself is a barren wasteland, populated largely by scores of Manas crabs and the unlucky Matoran who once were sent here for repair. It is a desolate place, ruled by the eponymous and insane being after whom the island is named, and resembles a prison colony more than anything else. Its environment works in strange and unnatural ways – the rocks teem with “waterfalls” made of dust, the ground wails aloud when walked upon, ice is searing hot to the touch, and anyone who stays still for too long will find their bodies gradually turning to solid stone, among other horrors. To make matters worse, a barrier stands at its primary entrances that prevents any being of the element of Light from passing through.
