On [[Metru Nui]], the Catapult Scorpions resided in caverns under the [[Sculpture Fields]]. Their preferred hunting method was to follow Kikanalo herds and eat whatever their horns dug up. == Abilities and Traits ==
The Catapult Scorpions possess stingers that can materialize balls of molten magma, which quickly harden into [[Stone|rock]]. They launch these stones by snapping their stingers forward. These [[Rahi]] also have razor-like pincers, sharp teeth, and a head covered in spines and horns. Catapult Scorpions eat solid [[Protodermis]].

Catapult Scorpions are often mistaken for large [[Nui-Jaga]], but are far more savage and dangerous. When they come out of their nests, they destroy everything in their path.
